Every property has rules no off-the-shelf product ships with. Soon you won't need us to build them: describe the rule the way you'd tell a guard, and Sereno turns it into a working detector — zones, time limits, alert severity and all — for you to review and arm.

Privacy, by design
Sereno identifies subjects by appearance — clothing and shape — not by face. There is no facial recognition, no identity database, and no cloud dependency for detection: analysis runs on-premises, and your footage stays yours. Residents get a safer building, not a surveillance state.
